SIMPLY DEVINE DOES IT AGAIN!

Liz Devine-Wright has taken two titles – Wedding Boutique and Specialist Wedding Supplier of the Year for Yorkshire, and Specialist Wedding Supplier of the Year for the North of England in the English Wedding Awards 2023.

This is the fifth win for Liz at the English Wedding Awards. She has previously won a number of the awards at the event in recent years, but this year’s final comes on the anniversary of the opening of her Simply Devine specialist hat shop 19 years ago, and also her own 60th birthday.

She has also been nominated in the BizBubble Awards 2023, the Yorkshire Choice Awards 2023 and the Small Awards 2023. Please vote for Liz here in the Entrepreneur category and for Simply Devine in the Customer Service category in the Yorkshire Choice Awards.

Said Liz: “Fortunately, we have come through the last couple of years following COVID closures and wedding cancellations so are celebrating the wins and our milestone of completing 19 years in business.

A spokesman for the English Wedding Awards 2023 said: “We are thrilled to have been able to celebrate the very best of the wedding industry in England. The winners truly deserve this recognition for their exceptional work, and we hope that their success will inspire others in the industry to strive for excellence.

“Each winner demonstrated exceptional skill, talent, and dedication to their craft and should be proud of their achievements. We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to all the wines and finalists.”

Liz prides herself on exceptional customer service. “It is this level of customer service which I believe has helped us to win awards and stay in business during these very challenging, difficult times;” said Liz.

“We are very much open for business for the upcoming wedding season with our new 2023 collection of hats, hatinators and fascinators for mothers of the bride or groom, in the latest designs and colours. Look out for vivid magenta and lovely lilacs, as well as the ever-popular pinks, blues and creams for mothers of the bride or groom.”

I set up the Simply Devine Hat Shop in 2004 and have been running the bricks and mortar high street shop in Tadcaster and our online hat shop since the early days. We were 17 years old last week!. That's a hat long time for a hat shop. We are nestled in the brewery town of Tadcaster where beer is brewed, ie Samuel Smiths, John Smiths.
